My ACF recently died for no apparent reason. I was wondering what a proper ph would be. He looked perfectly healthy until i found him on the bottom of the tank tonight. Every other member of the tank he was in are healthy also so i don't know why he died. Any suggestions?

I would say 7.0-7.3 would work.. but I wonder about your stocking.. a Bichir would eat one, and cichlids could kill it.

well my frog was rather large and had no marks of any type when i found him, and i had never seen any aggresion towards him while he was alive so i really don't think that the other fish killed him.

If you used salt or medication at some point that may have theoretically had a negative effect on the ACF
