Well currently I have 4 baby mollies that are about 2 weeks old. They are the only ones that I have in my tank as the other ones died of ick. I know that I will more than likely have to get a bigger tank but cant afford it right now and I live in an apartment with my boyfriend that says I'm not allowed to get a bigger tank. But anyways this is what is currently in it other than my 4 baby fish: about 3 fake plants, pink and black gravel, and one of those treasure chests that open with an air pump ( which I do not have hooked up kind of scared what the fish will do since I don't plan on killing them.) And of course I have the heater and filter system.

I will be working on getting more plants hopefully real ones and better looking gravel that is not as bright and better lighting.

so far the fish are doing good but have seemed to miss place a bunch whether they have died or got ate by the other baby fish I'm not sure.

Here are a couple pictures that I took:

you need to talk to your boyfriend about getting a larger tank. unless it is his apartment and he has a legitimate reason for not letting you keep one, you stil need to move them out asap. mollies grow to be 4 inches and do better in brackish and marine environments.

Well he is the one that pays the full rent for both of us and then I just pay him my half plus bills and he pays me half for the rest of the bills. We are both on the contract but basically everything that is here is his. I dont really even know if I am allowed to even have fish here since it is a no pets building. Don't really think that fish are considered pets according to some apartment managers.

but I do plan on getting a larger aquarium once I know what is going on with our apartments as they are in the process of selling them as condos. I have been trying to find a good deal on a larger tank in my city but so far nothing.

well now i'm done to 3 fish and 2 of them seem to be growing quite well but the other one doesn't seem to be growing that much he/she still seems to be small. There is a noticable difference in their sizes from each other. Still haven't been able to find a decent price on bigger tanks here, but i'm still looking.

Well here are some updated pics but they dont seem to be very good. crappy camera and fish were moving too much and didn't seem to like pictures being taken.

sorry about the bad pics since you can't really tell which one is which.

The little guy seems to be about only half the other sizes.
