I started keeping fish in September of 2005. I had a 30 freshwater, then added a 72 gal bowfront freshwater planted tank. After about 8 months of looking at the beautiful fish in the saltwater section of the LFS, I took the plunge and started a reef in my 30 gal tank. Once I started, I couldn't stop. I eat, sleep and breath my reef tank. This last August, I moved everything from my 30 gal to my 75 gal bowfront. This tank has been going for 4 months and seems to be doing very well. I spend hours reading information regarding reef keeping online and in books. I welcome all constructive criticism as I am new to this and want to learn as much as possible.

yeah, quit making me wantto run to big als and get a salt water setup.

Beautiful tank, looks like a slice of the ocean!

Thanks everyone for being so nice, I know that I have a long way to go. Some of my corals are starting to spread, and my next step is to frag some to put in different areas so the the tank looks more natural, and not like a fruit stand. As for my specs, they are as follows:
Fluval 405 and a wet/dry filter (sump) 75 gal, Coralife Super Skimmer (125 gal)
2 heaters, 1 wave maker,100 pds of rock (about 1/2 of it live rock), and live sand.

FISH: 1 dwarf lion, 1 lawnmower blennie, 1 yellow tang, 3 blue chromas, 1 royal gramma, mated pair of percula clowns, 1 cleaner wrasse, 1 huma huma trigger, 1 starburst anthias.
INVERTEBRATES:1 cleaner shrimp, 1 black sea cucumber, 1 green brittle star, 3 emerald crabs, and misc hermits and snails.
CORALS: 1 frog spawn, 1 tube anemone, 1 long tentacle anemone, 1 open brain, 1 pineapple brain coral, button polyps, hairy mushrooms, 1 lg yellow spagetti coral, 1 blushing finger leather coral, green star polyps, creeping, xenia, pulsating xenia, 1 yellow georgianian.

Once again, I value everyones opinion and information. Thanks !!
