Is there any that would fit in my 10g which contains 2 female bettas and a gourami? BTW, it's a planted tank with regular gravel, and no algae what-so-ever.

Cheers

Would 2 or 3 cories work?

how about 6 panda cories?

Could I really fit that many? It just seems a little tight is all.

sure... pandas only get like 1 1/2 inches long so they'd be fine as long as there aren't any other bottom fish.

That would be cool. I don't know about finding them around here though. How many bronze cories could I fit?

Thanks for your help.

bronze? oh, I suppose about 4.

if you can find them, you could even do 8-9 pygmy cories.

I would say go for a few otos.
I wouldn't put that many cories in a 10g with 2 bettas AND a gourami... maybe that's just me. :cool2:

I'm with you. But don't I need algae for ottos?

I'm with you. But don't I need algae for ottos?it's reccomended, as most of them are wild collected and sometimes folks have trouble getting them to eat anything other than algae.

pygmy cores only get to 1" in total length.

yes you would need algae for the otos, how long has the tank been set up?? You did say it was a planted tank, correct, which the otos will like.
Also you can't always see the algae that the otos eat all the time, so if it's a tank that's been around for a bit you should have some food in there for the otos.

I would say about 2-3 otos. Yes you would need algae, but you can buy Hikari's algae wafers if there is not any algae. I don't believe corys would eat algae even though they are very cute.

It's one of my older tanks; I've had it since September. I guess I'll go with ottos. Thanks.

That Kind Of Takes A Lot Of The Choices Out But Yah Im Sure Maybe 2 Emerald Corries Is All I Can Think Of.

Hi,

Get five Three-Striped Cories (Corydoras trilineatus)! They are very pretty and grow to about two inches.
