which stores sell dojo loaches, i checked all of oregon and can't find them, how much are they, are they suitable in a ten gallon tank and do they have to have a buddy. how big do they get and are they hardy fish?

They can get up to 10". No a 10 gallon is not suitable. Yes they should be kept in groups of 5 or more.kuhliloach said:

Plus they are a cool water fish, and being a loach they can be very sensitive to bad water conditions which will be likely with an overstocked tank.
i waas not going to get a dojo loach for my tank, but thanx for replying in a non critiscizing way.
if i were to get a 50 gallon tank in 5 years were can i find them, also how can u tell the diference between blach kuhli's and baby dojo loaches?
no fights are going on in the tank, no overgrown algae, no fish have died, no diseases have triggered anything. The water is never clowded or no plants have been eaten, the water flow is at a fairly good rate so i dont see wut the big deal about OS my tanks about! theres even plenty of hiding places even, 10 gallon tanks are larger than i thought!
i dont get wat the big deal about OS my fishtank is about. no fights, not much leftovers, no algae has gone outta control, no fish have died or got diseases, there happy and get along for now but the internet is my backup source!
