Pale Neon Tetra - What To Do?

One of my new neons is pale in the "red" area. Not as bright in that area as the others. The bright blue still looks normal. What could this be? What should I do?

Possibly neon tetra disease? Starts with a white spot and goes outward, i dont know how to treat it though. or im completely wrong.

Not really a white spot, just pale red. He's acting normal. Eating normal. No "lumps" on his body. I don't have a quarantine tank, so that's out of the question.

Might just be a bit stressed. if the water params are good, I'd just watch him and see if he gets any worse. If he does, and you don't want to risk whatever he has spreading, just get a bowl for a QT tank. Can get bowls/jars etc. for under $5 just about anywhere.
