I would like a pleco but most grow big. Are there any small types that can go in a 30 gallon tank? Not geting one witg current stock just checking if there is one.

Are harlequin rasbosas hardy? as in first fish for a newly cycled tank?

There are smaller pleco species

AFAIK - bristlenose pleco would be OK in 30g, I think HRs are at least OK, if not as tough as danios. I'd say go for it.

first thought is also a bristlenose pleco

there are a few smaller plecos. BN's , rubbernose, clowns..

you can search planetcatfish
some plecos may have special needs..ie clowns need wood(usualy a good idea with most plecos)
