CO2 diffuser for O2?

I found this CO2 ddiffuser on the net and thought that it would work really good for adding air to a future large goldfish/koi tank. Any thoughts??

It would just be connected directly to an airpump.

you can just use a ventrillo on a powerhead but yeah.. if you wanna spend the money itll work

Would this one work better because it is completly dissolved or would the powerhead because there is simply more air being pumped in?
