I was wondering if my plants were pearling?

If that wasn't just after a water change, then yes, it looks like pearling!
And on a side note, the color in your pictures is looking much better!

Nope I did not just do a water change. I am doing a DIY co2 system. Is that probably why it is doing that? Thnx for the comment on my pic. I did do the auto color and auto level on photo shop.

Pearling is an exess of O2 production visible by little bubbles of oxygen on the undersides of leaves or algae. normally it is only present when there is a lot of C02 and light available to plants in an aquarium

It is also dependent upon the level of oxygen saturation in the tank. If O2 is high, the o2 given off by the plant won't dissolve into the tank and will sit on the leaves like little "pearls."
It is a sign your plants are reaching maximum growth rates. It is can happen at different light and CO2 rates for different people, but it usually means you are doing everything (light, CO2, and fertilizers) well.
If the bubbles would be floating to the surface not sitting there, it would be called streaming instead.

Or is it just the co2 getting stuck to the plants?

if the co2 or air wand is next to it maybe. it looks like its coming from the plant. only other time it looks like my plants are pearling is when i do water changes.
