velvet?

can someone post a picture of a fish with velvet? My neons and black (not silvertip) seems to have something like a gold powder on their tail and shiny dots along the spine... but they're all schooling and no differences in behavior, just one neon is pale..... ever since i bought him... eats just fine... no color difference in gills...

so i really don't know whether to treat it for velvet or just ignore it...

and if i have to treat it, how the heck do you treat velvet? all i know how to treat is ick...
