How stocked is my tank????

Is it true that neons add very little to your bio-load?

20 gallon tank
In my tank I currently have:
9 Neons
4 Platys
1 Dwarf Gourami
1 Snail

I was wonder if I could add 2 Blue Rams to this or is my tank already stocked to the max?

Anywere from grossly overstocked to almost no fish in it. How big is it?
