I would not recommend putting bettas and angelfish together because bettas can sometimes be aggressive towards other fish with longer fins, which angelfish have. Some bettas are less aggressive than others, usually the lighter bodied ones. However, I would not recommend you mixing the two species. They really are not compatible.
