I just got black Eco-complete. Have questions.

As far as I know, Eco doesn't contain any "expendable" nutrients - it's just rich in minerals, has good porosity, can easily culture bacteria, etc. You will definetely still have to dose trace ferts, among others (check the sticky on ferts about the different ones you should use).

No read this Link. It says it has all the nutrients in it.

Yes, I know all that - I use Eco myself. However, there is a difference between a substrate being composed of certain minerals, and a substrate "containing nutrients". Substrates don't contain nutrients, you need fertilizers for that.

I have eco-complete in two of my planted aquariums and yes you will still have to dose ferts in order for the plants to thrive.

you will need Macros. Flourish is only traces, and you have CO2, so your demand for NPK will be higher. If you do not provide that, you will have issues.
I suggest buying dry www.gregwatson.com cheap as can be and easy.
