I would check your water for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. It sounds like the damaged eye has got infected with fungus, and taht is why it has gone white. This alone is a sign of poor water conditions. The poor water conditions could also explain the behaviour of your fish. Carry out a series of small regular water changes of about 15-20% a day if there is a problem with the water, as this should help resolve the problem.
Hope this helps,
Michael.
The water conditions are fine, all the other fish are all eating, the kribs and gouramis are showing signs of breeding ,The eye looks opaque like a cataric.

Well I'm afraid its a bit of a puzzle to me then. Although Angelfish can form strong pair bonds, and if the one with the damaged eye is feeling sorry for itself, then this may be reflected in its partner as well.
It is possible that the Angelfish has a cataric - it is certainly not out of the question, and does sound like one.
Hope this helps,
Michael.
Thank's i think i will keep an eye on it, if it starts getting distrested, it will have to be put to sleep.
