What should I add to my new tank?

I have a 28G bow front tank. I was thinking about adding my 3 1/2 keyholes into the tank pretty soon. But I was wondering how many ttras or danios I could possibally have in the tank with the 3 keyholes? Also I was liking to add some bottom feeder into the tank....any suggestions on the bottom feeders....don't really know what to get....any suggestions would be great.
 
i have 3 keyholes and 1 male kribensis in my 55. i also have ottos, a brochis splendens, and glowlight, black neon, rosey, and columbian redfin tetra in my tank. ottos are amazing algae eaters (eat just about all types) what filtration do you have in your 28?

Keyholes get about 4 inches, so having 3 of them in your tank limits your stocking a little bit. :) I'd go with a school of tetras or rasboras and have 8-10. You could get some Cories for the bottom...I'd stick with 8. If you need algae eaters and have a good bit of algae in the tank, then go with 4 otocinclus. That would be a good stocking.
