1 Lake Kutobo Rainbow
2 Boesemani Rainbows
2 Red Rainbows
1 Red Platy
1 Bronze Cory (I am getting him/her tank mates soon)
6 Zebra Danios
5 Neon Tetras
2 Plecos
2 Golden Algae eaters

really nice pics, but some of those plants in the back look like Modo grass, which is not an aquatic plant.
 
The plant that you are referring to is dwarf kyoto mondo grass yes. I believe you can use it in aquariums.

Here is a discussion about Mondo Grass.

You could replace it with Sagittaria. It looks relatively similar and is an aquatic plant. It should grow nicely in your light. :)
 
I think adding a black background would look very sharp on your tank.

I like the overall look of your set-up. I do not know anything about plants. They look good.
 
Looking good! I agree, maybe a black background and change the tubes to black and their fittings.
