I am trying to decide what to put in my new 25 gallon tank. I will soon (later today) cycling it with 3 medium size severums. I have their parents in a 58. I also have a old filter on the new tank to help the cycling process.

I really am having a hard time to come up with something for the 25. I would like to do some sort of cichlids but would like to keep something hardy. I have thought of Angels or Rams. Also thought of Africans which I use to keep. The smaller Africans such as the Lake Tang. are hard to find around here. The lake Malawi are easier but thought they most would be to large for a 25. Thanks for any advice

How about a species tank of P Saulosi would be cool. They don't get big, are fairly peaceful and you get yellow and blue. I have mine in a 37 gallon but I am fairly sure that 25 gallons would be enough. I had to drive a few hours to a breeder to get mine, hard to find but worth it.

I just did a google search and WOW. They look nice. I have never keep these. Several years ago I had mostly Tang. I would have to try to find them once I get cycled. How many do you think? 2 or 3. Perhaps a dwarf pleco also.

Thanks

Steve
