Seeking Advice on Goldfish Tank

Hi!
I'm new to the hobby, and I currently have two fancy goldfish (one an oranda, and the other a bit of a silver mystery). Thier current home is far too small, and I am planning on buying a larger one asap. In the larger tank I would like to add a weather /dojo loach (or two)?
Should I expect any problems housing the fancy goldfish and weather dojo (fin nipping?)?
Is it better to buy the dojos in pairs?
Also, what size tank would be recommended for the two fancies, and one or two dojos?
Any advice would be great! Thanks!

I wouldn't mix too much, but a 200litre would be a nice start. Big enough for 4 goldfish anyway. (55g?)

dojo--grouping of 3 minimum...don't start with anything less than a 75/90, preferably a 125.

Well, if I read the post correctly, he isn't asking about his goldfish and doesn't have a parameter issue.

He is asking about nipping between dojos and goldies, what size tank they need if kept together and pairing on dojos.

Thanks for all the advice!!

They are small (one inch), and they are in a ten gallon (I know, its way to small), I'll be purchasing the new tank within the next week or two. The current tank is cycled, but I also do water changes every couple days to keep the ammonia level at zero (nitrites are also at 0, and I am unsure of the nitrate)

I have a good idea of the proper tank size for the fancy goldies, but I am curious about dojo loach addition

thank you for answering my questions :) (you didnt mind me asking did you?rbishop obviosly thought you did)they can probably stay in there for about a month.
keep up the good work ;)

Since you still have the questions you originally asked, we will get back on track.

I do not think you will have to worry about nipping. They are a very friendly loach but are also escape artists. Use a very rounded smooth substrate.

Provide some rock caves for hiding and some wood structures for their antics. Keep a trio to see more of their behavior. You could get away with a 75/90 with the three and the two goldies you have. They love free swimming space, the more of it the better. A 75/90 will give you a bit more than a 55, but a 125 would be great for the sideshow they put on, and allow one or two more goldies.

The goldies and dojos are coldwater and will not need a heater.
