what fish would enjoy this environment? i was thinking about 2 smallish fish (2-3inch adult) than lots of little one's and bottom feeders that like sand?they'll need to withstand the current aswell. thankyou!

I am not sur eI understand. are you saying that you want just a couple of fish not a large school, or that you want a school plus a couple of other fish?

Some German Blue Rams would like nice in there, they'd like the rocks too.

6 lemon tetras

1 dwarf gourami

3 ottos

4 cherry shrimp

Agree on the Dwarf Gourami. Beautiful fish!

i just wanted 2/3 fish with a couple bottom feeders like the small loach?
this is the smallest tank i have so i don't know how big to get the fish.
rams sounds really nice! i thought they liked plants though?

I think kribs would look good in there, but that would probably rule out a bottom feeder. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's not an appropriate choice. What kind of rock is that? It looks awesome!

i love kribs..i have 1 in my cichlid tank ..he would love it in there but he loves the plants...which this tank doesn't have.

i might get rams and loach? how many?

or i might just get a blue lobster obviously on its own.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx happy new year

i would also go with the rams, and if you are lookin for a loach you would want to go with somethin smaller like zebra loach :), and there are many different kinds of corys some would mostlikly look very nice in there
