I'm in the process of changing from a lightly planted tank to a fairly heavily planted tank. I just upgraded my lighting and am now wondering if it is possible to add a product like fluorite now that the tank is up and running? If so, how big of a project would it be?

Thanks,
Bill

flourite is messy stuff..it seems , no matter how much you rinse..it clouds the water.
if you have fish in the tank..you may want to remove them..it will lay a light layer of 'dust' on everything in the tank..

For one of my tanks I'm switching the substrate in, I'm going to add the ADA AquaSoil and then run a diatomaceous earth filter and see if that clears it up. You could try that and see what happens.
