the rose parade

As I get some things together for my classroom I am also enjoying the rose parade. I love seeing all of the different flower used, and which floats move. Anyone else watching the parade? Or is everyone just waiting for the bowl game?

I'm just waiting for the game. The parade never really interested me all that much.

I watched some of it because of the Star Wars theme they had this year. I usually skip it though and just wait for the game.

Ya, I watched the parade---I love to watch it every year. Not only are the all-natural-material floats amazing and beautiful, I've always admired the horses and riders. To be in such a crowd with such a diversity of sounds and movements, they stay pretty much in line without boogering or breaking formation.
LOL unfortunately, this year I fell asleep before the end and missed all the Star Wars stuff!!!! :sad:

never watched it on tv. was glad the year my mom stoped dragging me to it. way to many rude people when you go see it live. if your at the end of it there a lot of broken floats also.
