What can I use to clean the bottom of my tank? I'm using 80% eco complete so I don't think one of those vacuums would work w/o sucking everything up. thanks

Use a python and do small portions at each water change. Try not to disturb the substrate too much. You can get a bout of green water doing that and you can possibly get ammonia spikes from too much substrate movement. Take small portions, like an 8th of the tank and focus on cleaning up that spot by moving the water around and sucking up the detritus and sucking up the small particles in that one spot. Next change, move a little bit over to a new spot. The eco is large enough to stay put and the detritus and poop and extra food will be sucked up.
