My 10 gallon planted betta tank

So far the betta and neons have left each other alone. Hopefully they'll continue to live peacefully. Let me know what you think.

I'm using 2 daylight cf 40 watts in a stock hood, so far I havn't had any issues, but my rotala indica looks like it's seen better days
