what is this?

Any1 have any idea what these tiny(like 1mm or smaller) flat white circle or oval things on my rocks and my glass... At first about a month ago I thought it was paint or something splashed on the gravel but now there is twice as many... They are only a bit bigger than one of the periods in this post. (.)

Ill try but they are soooooooooo small...

They dont show up in pics... Honestly it looks like when you are painting and you get some spray from the roller. White as can be and flat. They are all round or oval and tiny... Not as tiny as ich but not too much bigger... Its weird. I also dont see them move at all.
