Any1 know what this is and how to treat it if I need to?

He is a common pleco. Not to old, he does not seem sick, he is still eating. This white blotch just appeared on him.

So anyone know what it is? Fin rot maybe?

where exactly is the problem? the light coloring between the eyes and in front of the dorsal fin? that's the only "white' i can see. . .

I circled it in red. Its like a lose of color. Its not on any of the other fish or the other pleco that is in the tank but i have only seen it for a day. So it may just not have had enough time to spread yet. What do you guys think? is it anything to worry about?

Possibly he's just changing color due to mood or substrate. These guys can get a whole lot lighter, and nearly pitch black depending on mood and what background they are sitting on. If he's eating and swimming well, he might just be a little stressed out.

Still, keep an eye on him. With these pictures, it's hard to be sure what's going on.
