Possible Ram???????????

Hi i have a 40 gallon tank (long) with 6 neons, 4 rummys, 3 lemons, 3 flames, 1 angel, and 2 yo-yos and i was wondering if i could put in some rams possibly

you could but with my experiance they are quite territorial and will either stress your other fish out at some point or they may just get hungry and chase the other guys down as they get older
on the other hand they are extremely beautiful fish

nope. you should return the neons unless you want them to get eaten, and the flame tetras as they are a little nippy with the angel. then, you should add some more to your two schools of tetra that are left over.
