I have a ViaAqua® LV 418W Series Aquariums 15g with Dual 18 watt pc light
that makes about 2.4watts with 15g of water and 3.6watts at 10g of water how mush watt i need for plants is more watts the better

sounds fine on your 15 gal. more light isnt always the best. depending on what plants you want is the factor of how much light you need.

Going along with the above post, you have enough light for low (15 gallon) to medium light (10 gallon) plant requirements. Here is a link to help you figure out which plants need how much light, among other categories.
