What are the names of some of the chemicals we put in our fish tanks?

in mine i put KNO3 KH2PO4 K2SO4 as ferts for plants. the only other thing i add is prime and no idea what makes that up.
Other than that, water. If I need to treat for disease, sometimes salt (NaCl), or appropriate antibiotics.
