Fish wont eat!!

My honey gourami, sparkling gourami and pearl gourami wont come to the surface to eat, and are VERY shy... should I try to find whiteworms or baby brines or musquito larvae or blackworms?? or fry?! they wont eat high quality frz-dried bloodworms (2 brands), what they were used to (flakes), and wont even pick at it... i cant find 2 of my amano shrimp... could they be eating them? or plants? plz help...

How long have you had the tank?

How long have you had fish . what is normal when it comes to eating .
If they over feed they may eat very light fore a cup of days .
I fed my fish early today and the food was sunk in tank /< Basterds >

I've had some luck with soaking their food in Garlic Guard they can't resist food soaked in garlic. I hears also just soaking their food with garlic in water so you don't have to buy Garlic Guard I'm sure.
