I have been feeding flakes in the AM. Just enough to be consumed in <3 minutes. At night, either more flakes or a cube of frozen or a broken off hunk of blood worms (frozen foods are thawed in tank water first). +, after last nite's fun, gonna give em a few peas a couple times a week for a feeding.
I keep the tank clean. 40% water change weekly with gravel vacuum. Water params are always good, i.e. A=0, nI=0, nA=5-10, pH=7.2 to 7.4.
