Updated Stocking Question

Okay, moved the common Plecos out of the 20G community tank. So my bioload is much lower.

Setup is as follows:

20G Long 12" depth
Penguin Bio-Wheel 100
NutraFin CO2 Plant System

Plants are in flux.

1 Male Betta
4 Scissor Tail Rasbora (Tetra?)
2 White Clouds (Gold)
1 Inca Snail
2 Otocinclus Cats
1 African Dwarf Frog

I will be adding 5-10 Red Cherry Shrimp when they show up (Today hopefully)

How many shrimp should I add and any other suggestions for tankmates?
 
I hope it works out for you, but I'd keep a very close eye on the betta... you may have some fin nippers that will hurt him.
If you add anything else, I'd add a few more WCMMs and a couple of more ADFs. They both love company. You may also want to add 1 more scissor tail rasbora.
