have a sword plant not sure what type radian maybe will attach pic for ID but any way its growing like mad will top out of my 29 soon and was wondering when it might shoot runners or should I move it.Related question ozzlot swords at what size might they shoot runners.Reason I ask is I bought two new tanks and need to move stuff around but if I think one of these swords might bloom I'd wait it out as I only have the one of each.(bad luck with moveing swords)

I'm not sure how easy it is to predict that. :) One of my swords put out a flower stalk when it was still only about 8 inches tall. My Rubin sword is now growing out the top of the 55 gallon tank with no signs of progeny.

Some times a change in the lighting period will shock them into sending up a stalk, say cutting down a few hours everyday for a week or two. In my case I had one of four 6500k bulbs burn out and the only other bulb I had around was an atinic 1000k I put it in and a coulple days later my sword plant was sending up a stalk that I got fourteen babies off of, could've been a coincindence but I like to think otherwise.
