PH is probably OK.
Ammonia ?? How are you dosing?
Nitrate most be from the water you are providing.
No Nitrite, implies no cycling.
What is your approach to a fishless cycle?

i put tap water in after washin all gravel and decorations. then i put water conditioning tabs in that claimed to have the bacteria in them (jungle water safe complete water conditioner plus beneficial bacteria). i have put nothing else in the tank.

read up on cycling. you will have to get some 100% ammonia so you can cycle your tank. jungle water safe complete water conditioner plus beneficial bacteria isnt going to cycle the tank. the only thing that would jump start the cycle would be bio spira or gravel or filter media from a cycled tank. i use prime to treat my water. i feel its the best around.
PH is probably OK.

the ph is fine. there is little reason to even think about messing with it. a stable ph is always better then a ph that swings.
