I have a 2.5 gal tank that is about 18in deep and and has a 13watt compact flourescent bulb in it (5000K). What type of lighting would this be low, medium or high?

the height is about 14in, the length 20in, the width 11in. I take back the 18in deep that was an exaggeration, .

no sorry it is not a 13 gal, sorry I gave you dimensions of another tank, sorry for wasting your time! my tank is a 11in Length, 5in width, and 9.5 in height. It been a long weelk for me, my tank is a 2.5 gal with a 13watt compact flourescent 5000K. Is this low ,medium, high lighting?

Thanks for the promt answer, I can now use the flourish line products to keep my tank healthy....Hooray I finally have the right lighting!:)

what I plan to grow is a few glossostigma, amazon sword (will move when gets to big), anubia nana, piece of water wysteria, and java fern. and mayebe some other high light plants like crystal wort if I can get some.

IMO that is only medium light. You need alot more light on small tanks to make it high light. I'd get atleast 20 watts over the tank. I have 27w over my3g. Its not uncommon for people to have around 10wpg over small tanks. You can try some high light plants and they may do ok, but i wouldn't be surprised if they don't thrive.
