Help! Set up new tank, bio spira okay with Amquel?

I switched my 10 gallon to a 20 gallon, added Amquel plus by accident instead of Prime.

Should I wait to add the bio-spira or is it ok with Amquel Plus?

This tank has been up for 3 weeks, used a filter off of an established tank but I am adding 10 new rasboras so wanted to use bio spira just in case.
