I have 6 long finned danios and think they are great in a community tank! Nice pics!!!!!

Are you using a flash? If i use a fast shutter speed I cant seem to get enough light....
Awesome fish and tank by the way!!!
Yeah, I can zoom up my shutter speed too, but have the same problem with lighting when I do........
What's your secret Maine ? :D

Yes, I use flash.... it's a must to help freeze the action. I stand back from the aquarium approx. 10 feet and take the photos at an angle, not directly straight on. This way, you will not get the flash in your picture.
A tripod helps too.

I had a pair of long finned danios and one died and the other one became aggresive towards my fancy guppies so I gave him away. :(
