tank mates?

I have two angels and a silver dollar in a 30 gal. Could I put two electric yellow labs or electric blue labs in the tank with them?

african cichlids are not good tankmates for fish that are not african cichlids. they're too aggressive, require hard, alkaline water and a specialized diet focusing on algae. moreover, your tank is too small for african cichlids which should be maintained in groups of 4-5 (one male and 3-4 females of the same species).

be aware that your angles will get up to 8" diameter and sliver dollars up to 8" so my answer will be no, btw EYL or EBL are both african cichlid and needs different food and the water...
