Hi all. I filled my 65G tank yesterday and added prime to dose for chlorine, etc. I am also going to add bio-spira in a few days once I have time to get fish, etc. My question is that have heard that bio-spira does not like agents that remove ammonia. Does Prime present this problem? Or can they be used together?
Next question is I am adding in a large piece of driftwood and know I will likely leach some tannins, etc. Hence I bought some Purigen that I will add to my canister filter. Can this be added now or should I wait some period of time after the tank has cycled and stabilized before adding the Purigen?
