The best way I've seen to reduce territoriality is to remove all of the tank's occupants, rearrange the decor and then put them back in from least aggressive to most aggressive. (This could take about a week.)
I wouldn't go with any newcomers without going through this process as the Kenyi is already well-established and might bully them to death...they would go in before the other fishes (unless they are known to be pretty aggressive!) so they have even more of a head start. Make sure to quarantine first, though!

What Malawians do you have now?
You could try getting some females for the Kenyi to defer his attention.
I'd say you have room for atleast 10 more Malawians, but that all depends on what all you have now and how aggressive and big they get.
