Hey everyone i have a 10 Gallon tank with 1 Male betta and 3 White Cloud Minnows, i was wondering what else i could add. I wanted like a bristnose pleco but didnt know if it would fit. Didnt know if i should add a few more white clouds to. Or maybe a snail? If anyone has some ideas i would appreciate it. Thank you.

What kind of filtration?
There's no rule for stocking a certain size tank, it has to do with tank size/filtration/aeration, etc.
If you have a really crappy filter it's actually possible for you to already be overstocked, so that should put it into perspective.
I have a penguin 200 on my 10 gallon (50 gal rated basically, 200gal per/hr), with a betta, 1 inch bristlenose, 4 kuhli loaches and an otocinclus.
Either way I wouldn't put a bristlenose in a 10 gallon permanently, they get 5-6 inches and poop A LOT as I've come to find out.

Hi,
If your temp is about 73 (which is a little low) you could add three Peppered Cories. They like 'cooler' water and they are very peaceful and easy to keep. Just remember to give them a variety of food.

Your tank is too cool for most fish, including your betta, though he should be ok as long as your temp doesn't go up and down much, so you are limited in what you can get.
Danios are ok in cool water, but with danios and 3 white clouds you'll have trouble feeding your betta, not to mention they're kind of messy.

I reccomend getting more white clouds. you can add a female BN pleco if you want, only males get to be 5-6", females usually stay around 4".
and it doesn't depenbd on filtration alone. fish that are too crowded are going to get stressed from always being in each other faces and not having any places to hide.
