New Additions: Pbass(ocell) & EBJD

i took a trip down to one of the "lesser quality" LFS's i know about..havn't been to it in around a year..turns out it's a lot better than it was..but the staff is still poor

ANYWAY

i spotted a tank full of Pbass for 6.99 and i zoomed over, they were all around 3-4 inches, pretty skinny, they said they couldn't get them off live foods, but yeah, couldnt resist one for 6.99.
they were labeled as cichla temensis, not one tem in there(sucks cause i really want a nice tem)
i noticed this one had spotting on its gills, and its blood red eyes..which are faded due to stess, so i'm 95% sure its an ocell, anyone have any opinions?
needs some serious feedings, but nice otherwise

and then in a tank in the back full of gouramies i spotted this guy, but the i walked way, thinking hmm, nicebut probably 60 bucks like all the other LFS's, i decided to ask anyway
8.99! always wanted one
so i had to have him

i've wanted one for about a year, but never had the urge to drop 50-60 bucks on such a fragile fish

Good luck with the EBJD there tough to keep but for 9 bucks you can not beat that price!

its bigger, but not much bigger, this ones about 4 inches, bigger one is around 7

yeah i know how fragile they are, but im confident he'll have a long happy life with me ;)
