I am setting up a 2.5 gallon tank with a betta in. After adding filter the current is way to strong it blows him from on side of the tank to the other.

There dosn't seem to be a way of turning it down.

Any ideas

try placing a sponge prefilter on the intake of the filter

What kind of filter is it? If it is a small HOB I find you can stuff it with floss and that will slow it down.

Thanks I sure snow(betta) will thank you if he could speak Ha Ha Ha

Cheers again will tell my friends back here in the uk as we have this problem loads.
