Neon Rainbow Spot Update HELP!!!

Well, tonite the spot on the scale has changed. The scale seems distended a little bit and there is a white spot on it. Fish also seems to be "gulping" Her mouth never stops moving. Her gills aren't inflamed. Water params are the same as in the original post (a=0, nI=0, nA=10, pH=7.2, no chlorine or chloramines).

I have Melafix, Pimafix and QuickCure on hand. Should I do my water change then add meds (if I use Melafix, I use in conjunction with Pimafix. QuickCure I use solo)?

OK. Since it looks like a parasite of some kind....I'm gonna go with the Quick Cure! Doing water change, checking params, then meds!
