What should i feed corys?

I use the Tetra flake, and pellet food for all my other fish, and since the pellets and flakes eventually drop is that enough for them or should i buy something else? put a few pellets in when its dark so the other fish dont see it or what?? Thanks

You can soak the pellets for a few minutes in aquarium water so they sink quickly and right away.

I feed corys: Frozen and FD blood worms, earthworm sticks, hikari sinking wafers, flake, and once a week spirulina and garlic flake.

ooh.. where can a person get some earthworm sticks? is there a specific brand? my bichir would probably go nuts if i dropped some of those into the tank.
