does anyone have some extra bulbs for a 20g all glass aquarium?
ive never orderd bulbs..so i dont know what to look for:help:

i would like about 40 watts...
PM me;)

20g long or tall? The difference is a 24" or 30" footprint (and 18" or 24" bulb, I think). I seriously doubt a standard fluorescent bulb would be anywhere near 40w in those lenghts. You're probably looking at 15w-18w. Compact fluorescent is a different story (55-65w in 21-22") but requires a special fixture.

compact is what i want... sorry:o

and its just a regular... its not a long or tall.. it was in a kit

ill also pay for shipping if it is to far to pick it up

right.....but you can't put a compact fluorescent bulb in a regular fixture. You can only use a standard fluorescent tube, which is likely 15-18watts. And 20 tall and 20 long are the two standard sizes of 20g tanks (24x12 or 30x12 with one taller than the other) There is also a 20g extra tall which is 20x10x24t, but that's not likely what you have. How long is your tank?

OK, so does anyone have that fixture for a 20g?
its about 19 1/2 inches long
