I'm looking for some ammonia to begin cycling my 40 gallon tank, but all I can find at my local supermarket is "Cloudy Ammonia". Does anyone know anything about this and whether it would be suitable?

It claims the ingredients are ammonium hydroxide (<10%), propreitary surfactant (<10%) and water (up to 100%). I'm a bit leery about the "proprietary surfactant", judging by the cloudy apperance of the liquid I'm guessing it might be some sort of soap (although it doesn't really foam when shaken, just bubbles)? Can anyone help me out?

. I've checked my local hardware, they don't even have any ammonia. And it seems like ACE only has bulk packages available online.
