I have read information that states that fourish excel has a problem of melting anacharis. Does the flourish nitrogen have the same effect on anacharis?

The Flourish Nitrogen and any other product in the Flourish line will be fine with your anacharis. Only the Flourish Excel has the particular ingredient that effects anacharis.
