Injured fantail :(

melafix if it is an open sore, you can mix with pima fix if it gets worse to help restore damaged tissue and prevent further infections.

Thanks :). I'm guessing I can get that at any pet store?

Also, I forgot one thing. She (I don't even know if it's a female, but oh well), has been laying on the gravel very much, except when I feed her; when she is hungry she will swim very actively, and after she will still swim, looking for more food, but after that, she has been laying on the bottom of the tank. I have heard this is a bad sign.

Pet store should carry this, they are both of the more common meds. Just watch *her*, laying on the bottom is not a good thing if they do it majority of their time. Did this just start w/ infection?

meds will cure the sores. this should help *his* activity. Additional note, take out your carbon if you use it while your treating. also if you have decorations, take them out as the meds with tint the water and dye your precious pieces.

I'm guessing this means I don't use carbon, but what do you mean by that?

What would it mean if she is stunted?

Is two gallons honestly too small for her? I asked the guy at Petsmart, and he said it was fine.

yes.
she needs a 20 gal min, especially while she's hurt, keeping the ammonia down in that small of a tank will be hard...she will need very clean water to help her heal.
