35gallon Marine and 1 gallon Marine =] (Im new)

Well I had a 12 gallon i moved up to this 35 about amonth ago, I have been active in saltwater for about 2 years and i just put together that one gallon,

And lastly my one gallon Nano. There is actully a shy little damsel in there.

So in my 35 over all there are as fallows

4 percula clowns
2 electric blue damsel
2 black damsel
1 clarkii clown
1 green chromis damsel
1 saddle puffer
1 purple pincushon urchin
1 1 1/2 emerald crab
5 mushrooms

one gallon:

1 four lined damsel

does anyone know what would cause an electric blue damsels eyes to buldge out?
