constipation?

Female mollie sits on the bottom of tank with her tail bent to one side. I thought she was stressed by male guppy so i isolated him. She will swim up to eat but she looks swollen and Ive been finding long strings of poop in tank. I've been treating for ich and have done my first non-salt 25% water change. Any suggestions?

2 mollies
1 pleco
1 cory
2 guppies
1 cardinal tetra (one died during ich treatment)

does the fish poop look normal? ie, brownish and not light and stringy? if light and stringy/threadlike, could indicate an internal parasite.

I've heard of folks treating constipation in bettas by feeding them cooked peas with the outer shell/skin removed.

it is long, clear in segments and stringy. Some are three inches long.
